Like the username change feature, which its users have been requesting for a long time now but Spotify says that they don’t want to implement it now and have no plans of implementing it soon. How to view and edit your Spotify queue on a mobile device. Open the Spotify app on your iPhone, Android, or tablet. From any page in the app, tap the now playing bar. This shows the current album art. This will reveal a pop-up with many options, including the skip, shuffle, and repeat. Here, click on the “Add to Queue” button. This will instantly bring up a mini-player in the bottom-right corner of the screen. This is your queue. You can click on the “Play” button to start playing the video. Yes, you can also view your history of recently played songs on the Spotify desktop app and here’s how you can view it –
- First, open the Spotify app from the Start menu and log into it, if you are already not.
- Next click on the queue button beside the song player control keys.
- Then a new page will open with the play queue in it, it will show the now playing song and the upcoming songs and there you will see the history option right beside the queue option.
- Click on it and you will able to view your 50 most recently streamed songs.
Can you delete my Spotify history?
No Spotify does not provide you with an option to delete the history of your recently played songs and if you are concerned about your privacy then don’t worry much as only you can view your Spotify history and no one else can and also it only stores the history of your only 50 most recently played songs.

How to see your Spotify listening history in the mobile app
There are two ways to find your listening history in the Spotify mobile app. Both are available in the iPhone app, while only one is available in the Android app.
Spotify is currently testing a feature in the iPhone app that lets you see your complete listening history — you can go back months at a time, if you'd like. You can also choose whether you'd like to see what songs you've listened to, or the playlists you've used.
Since it's only a test, this feature may be removed in the future. But for now, you can find it here:
1. Make sure that your app is fully updated, and then open the Spotify app and tap 'Home' at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the icon in the top-right that looks like a clock. This will open up your Listening History page.

Checking your listening history on a Mac or PC is much simpler.
